Synopsis:

The film begins in 1996, where a police officer and his team are investigating criminals named Daya and Yethi. Their investigation leads them to Singappa (Prakash Raj), who lives in Erra Samudram (Red Sea), a coastal region near the Ratnagiri mountains. Singappa narrates the story of Deva-ra, which takes the audience back to the 1970s and 1980s.

Deva-ra (N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) is the leader of one of the four villages in Erra Samudram, known for their pirate operations targeting cargo ships. He works alongside Bhaira (Saif Ali Khan), the chief of another village, under the contracts of a middleman named Muruga (Murali Sharma). However, when Deva-ra discovers that they are smuggling illegal arms, which are used in robberies and other violent crimes, he decides to stop the operations.
