Synopsis:

A remake of the original 1973 movie starring Amitabh Bachchan and Pran, the upcoming ‘It’ adapts itself to the present times for its storyline. Vijay (Ram Charan) is a upright and honest police officer who gets transferred from station to police station for chasing after corrupt underworld figures. He now is given the charge of a case, and the eye-witness Mala (Chopra) to a murder by Teja’s (Raj) goons refuses to cooperate. Teja is the head of an oil mafia operation and wants her dead. Vijay’s interactions with her become an important romantic angle to the otherwise action-filled movie.
Another important element of the movie is Vijay’s encounter with Sher Khan (Dutt), who deals with illegal cars. After meeting Vijay and the epic fight scene, both become friends for life. The story follows Vijay’s fight against corruption with the help of Khan – even as he is haunted by the murder of his parents when he was a kid. This movie marks the Bollywood debut of South star Ram Charan – and it will be interesting to see how he comes off against Big B as the protagonist of this epic movie.
